What we do
We develop software meant to sit inside the working day, not beside it. Every organisation works in its own way. We start there and shape the solution around the people who actually do the job.

How we see AI
We invest in AI because it can take the first step in what takes time: a draft after a meeting, an answer when the same question returns, a direction when someone needs to move on. The person doing the work reads, adjusts and makes the decision. Responsibility does not move. AI is a support — not a substitute for judgement, experience or the contact the work requires.

The user at the centre
A solution that does not work in daily work is not finished. We listen to how the day looks, where it stalls and what drains energy. Then we set up iSearch to take that load, with the control the customer wants to keep.

For more people to do their work without getting stuck in everything around it. For knowledge in the organisation to reach the person who needs it, when they need it. For the technology to be clear, dependable and subordinate to the person using it.
