Your data belongs to you. It is not used to train models or to improve the product for others. Responsibility sits where you can see it.

Who may use iSearch, how it is set up and what may leave the organisation is your decision. We set it up around your needs. You keep control.

Kept apart from others
Your environment is yours. Data is not mixed across customers. That lowers risk and makes it possible to show how information is handled in a review.

Material, history and the account can be removed when you want. You are not locked into a shared pool you do not control.

These are the product’s ground rules, not extras that only apply when we host.

No shared document pool
Customer material is not mixed. Each instance keeps its own knowledge.

Documents and chats are not used to train models for us.

Answers with sources
The reply shows which documents were read. If the material is not there, that is shown.

Sharing without write access
Recipients read and ask. The owner updates instructions and documents.

Right to delete
Assistants, documents and the account can be removed. History follows the account.
Language models
When someone asks a question, a language model is called from the instance you chose. Which provider is used, and which agreement applies, is covered in the conversation. We do not train our own models on your data.
